Rodger Cargile is co-owner of Cargile Auctions in Searcy, Arkansas which has been in business for over 14 years. Rodger started Cargile Auctions with his brother Robert back in 2001 after seeing a need to help customers with selling personal property in their estates in conjunction with the real estate. This proved to be the perfect fit blending the auction business with their Real Estate careers.
After graduating from Searcy High School and attending the University of Arkansas, Rodger became a licensed real estate agent in 1990 and started selling real estate full time in 1992 with Re/Max Advantage where he is still licensed today. In March 2001, he graduated from the Missouri Auction School which Newsweek Magazine called “the Harvard of auctioneering schools.” Rodger earned designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and most recently CES (Certified Estate Specialist) awarded to graduates of that program through the National Auctioneers Association.
Rodger is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, National Realtors Association, and serves on various community boards. He is married and has one child.
Robert Cargile is a life-long resident of Searcy, Arkansas. Robert has helped individuals, families, and business professionals make important decisions about their real estate investments for over 30 years. Even in these economically challenging times, Robert understands all aspects of the real estate market.
Robert earned his real estate salesman license in 1984 and then became licensed as a Principal Broker by the Arkansas Real estate Commission in 1989. Robert saw the need for a real estate auction service and in 2001, along with his brother Rodger, went to school at the highly acclaimed Missouri Auction School. They both earned their licenses with the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board and became members of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.
Robert has served as the President of the Searcy Board of Realtors and as an elected official on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas REALTORS Association. He has also served on numerous committees at the state and local level throughout the years.
Robert is well educated and trained in traditional rea estate and the auction method of sales. He holds the prestigious designations of ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).
