This firearm is a part of an Arkansas estate and has been passed down to a Searcy, AR heir. It has been properly made inert by the local Authorities some years ago. This gun was brought to the United States after World War II. It is a Schemeiser MP40 Machine Pistol. 9mm caliber. Serial Number: 6640N. Barrel length is 9.5″ and over all length is 24″. This was a fully automatic weapon, and therefore was made inert and is currently unfireable in its current condition. The German government manufactured this firearm. All original documents will accompany this firearm.

A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Wire transfer, cash, money order or credit card accepted as payment. Invoice amounts are charged to the registered credit card immediately following the end of auction, unless other arrangements have been made with Cargile Auctions.
ALL INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CARGILE AUCTIONS. If your credit or debit card is declined you will be charged an additional $10.00 processing fee to cover our additional cost, no matter the reason for denial.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Please feel free to call with any questions PRIOR to bidding. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Cargile Auctions online events or other Proxibid events. All items must be paid for immediately upon auction close, unless other PRIOR arrangements have been made.

Shipping Instructions: Any firearms will be shipped through a local FFL dealer. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. FFL will charge a $25.00 transfer fee as well as the cost of shipping and packaging. Shipping charges will be run on the credit card on file.
Firearm can be picked up locally at our offices at 606 E. Booth Rd in Searcy, AR, the day after the auction closes.
