Preview Dates & Times: Items can be previewed at our offices, 606 E. Booth Rd, Searcy, AR, on Thursday, June 14th, from 3PM to 6PM.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Please feel free to call with any questions PRIOR to bidding. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Cargile Auctions online events. All items must be paid for at pick up, unless other PRIOR arrangements have been made.
