Items can be viewed at 104 Cottage Lake Road, Searcy, AR, on Thursday, April 9th, from 3PM to 6PM.
Bidding will end on the evening of Monday, April 13th, with Local Pickup & Checkout on Wednesday, April 15th, from 10AM until 6PM.
10% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price on items won. Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card accepted as forms of payment. A 3.5% card fee will be added to all card transactions.
Auction pickup & checkout dates are clearly stated for each auction. If a buyer does not show up for a designated pickup date, the buyer acknowledges that the card on file at auction registration will be run for the invoice total. We will make numerous attempts to contact buyers who fail to pick up on time. Upon 30 days after the auction, any merchandise that has not been claimed, will become property of the Auction Company.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Please feel free to call with any questions PRIOR to bidding. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Cargile Auctions online events. All items must be paid for at pick up, unless other PRIOR arrangements have been made.
Shipping: For auctions where shipping is offered, all shipping communications and logistics are handled in-house using the Shipping Saint platform. Buyers will be sent automated correspondence to request shipping. Upon a request for shipping, the card on file will be charged for the invoice amount, and items will be packaged in-house. Once shipping totals are calculated, buyers will receive a link to pay for their shipping & handling fees. Once buyer has paid for shipping charges, the items will be released to the carrier and automated tracking information will be provided.
Firearms Auctions: Cargile Auctions LLC holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL). All State & Federal Laws and Guidelines apply to firearms and ammunition purchases. In the state of Arkansas, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun, and at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Out of state buyers are permitted to do face-to-face transfers of long guns. Any handguns must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in the buyer's state of residence. Any firearm to be shipped, must be received by a Federal Firearms Licensee. In-State (Arkansas) Buyers will be required to fill out the ATF Form 4473, and will be required to pass a background check at the time of purchase.
