10% buyers premium. Cargile Auctions is a Federal Firearms Licensee, so state & federal laws apply on all Firearms transactions. We charge NO TRANSFER FEES for face-to-face transfers. Buyers will be required to submit all applicable Federal forms and pass applicable background check on all firearms transactions.
Bidding is open NOW! This auction will start closing on Monday, August 17th, beginning at 7PM. Items close in order, at 20-second intervals. Bidding extends when a bid is placed in the final minutes. There is a lot to sell so this closing will be fast and furious, so be sure to utilize the "Max Bid" feature early and add items to your personalized watch list.
Local pickup & checkout will be at Cargile Auctions offices, 606 E. Booth Rd., Searcy, AR, on Tuesday & Wednesday, August 18th & 19th, from 10AM to 6PM each day.
Items can be previewed at our offices, on Thursday, August 13th, from 3PM until 6PM.
10% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price on items won. Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card accepted as forms of payment. A 3.5% card fee will be added to all card transactions.
Auction pickup & checkout dates are clearly stated for each auction. If a buyer does not show up for a designated pickup date, the buyer acknowledges that the card on file at auction registration will be run for the invoice total. We will make numerous attempts to contact buyers who fail to pick up on time. Upon 30 days after the auction, any merchandise that has not been claimed, will become property of the Auction Company.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Please feel free to call with any questions PRIOR to bidding. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Cargile Auctions online events. All items must be paid for at pick up, unless other PRIOR arrangements have been made.
Shipping: For auctions where shipping is offered, all shipping communications and logistics are handled in-house using the Shipping Saint platform. Buyers will be sent automated correspondence to request shipping. Upon a request for shipping, the card on file will be charged for the invoice amount, and items will be packaged in-house. Once shipping totals are calculated, buyers will receive a link to pay for their shipping & handling fees. Once buyer has paid for shipping charges, the items will be released to the carrier and automated tracking information will be provided.
Firearms Auctions: Cargile Auctions LLC holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL). All State & Federal Laws and Guidelines apply to firearms and ammunition purchases. In the state of Arkansas, you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun, and at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Out of state buyers are permitted to do face-to-face transfers of long guns. Any handguns must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in the buyer's state of residence. Any firearm to be shipped, must be received by a Federal Firearms Licensee. In-State (Arkansas) Buyers will be required to fill out the ATF Form 4473, and will be required to pass a background check at the time of purchase.
